Figure it out.

Sometimes the answer isn’t right in front of you. Sometimes you don’t know the way forward. Sometimes you just don’t know. In those times, what do you do?

There is only one answer. Figure it out.

Figuring it out tests your will, your resourcefulness, and your ability to think outside of the normal box to find the answer.

Until you have left no stone unturned you cannot sit there and say you still haven’t figured it out. The answer is out there somewhere.

You must find it. You must figure it out. If you don’t, then someone else will come along that will. Then they will be the one who ends up reaping the reward. They will be the one who gets the job. They will be the one that gets the promotion. They will be the one that gets everything you said you wanted. All simply because they just figured it out.

How? It doesn’t even matter. All that matters is that you do it. It might be ugly, it might be difficult, but again, all that matters is that you do it. 

Whatever problem you’re facing that can’t seem to be solved, whatever you are struggling with right now, the answer is out there for you. Just keep searching until you figure it out.

Ask a friend for help. Watch a YouTube course video. Find a book about it. See what others have done in a similar situation. Try different solutions until you figure out the one that works.

As ugly as it can be sometimes, that is where the real work gets done. That is where you prove your worth. That is where you turn into the person that others always turn to when things matter most. The value of an individual that always figures it out is invaluable, that is a value that anyone can provide.

It’s up to you, will you figure it out, or will you stand by and watch while someone else does?

To be BETTER, to be DIFFERENT, it means there is no choice. It means you figure it out.
